On Friday, on the 4th of October in the centre of Murter, we celebrated the European Day of Languages.
At this year’s event, our 11 volunteers from Poland, Spain, Turkey and Italy represented their countries; monuments, languagesand traditions. Visitors also had the opportunity to try Turkish, Croatian, Italian, Polish and Spanish traditional foods, to learn and expand their knowledge of different cultures and languages, as well as to learn new words and expressions.
We believe that this experience brought people of different nationalities closer, left a mark and a fond memory for all participants and visitors of the European Day of Languagesin Murter.
